We scan only public content
Our products read public help-center pages — generally not personal data. Nothing behind a login.
We collect only what we need
An email, to deliver your report. Short retention, deletable on request. We don’t log IPs we don’t need.
We don’t train on your data
The Anthropic API doesn’t train on your content by default; neither do we. Your data is used to produce your result, nothing else.
Payments are off our plate
Card and billing data are handled by a Merchant-of-Record, with PCI and global sales-tax compliance on them, not us.
Secrets stay in the environment
API keys and credentials live in managed environment variables, separated per environment, never in source control.
